Professionalism
The National Athletic Trainers’ Association defines athletic trainers as highly qualified, multi-skilled health care professionals specifically trained in the prevention, examination, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of medical conditions and emergent, acute and chronic injuries.
Sports nutrition education combined with Athletic Training services provides a well-rounded approach to sport performance, health, and wellness. Athletes and non-athletes can improve sport performance outcomes, prevent injury, and prevent overtraining by combining performance nutrition and proper training plans. Non-athletes can heal their relationship with food by learning how to eat for energy and improved health.
NUTRITION SERVICES
PEAK PERFORMANCE TRAINING AND NUTRITION
Athletes can dramatically improve their performance and recovery by improving the quality and quantity of their food intake. Once they optimize their food intake, I can help athletes with supplementation and adjusting their nutrition for sport specific goals.
